With Saguaro Synthesis, my intention was to deconstruct traditional desert landscapes and transform them into a sleek, high-energy conversation piece.
This original painting presents a stylized depiction of desert flora. A large saguaro cactus form is brought to life in fluid, undulating waves of deep cobalt blue, sitting alongside a vivid hot pink counterpart. They are overlayed with sharp, vertical shards of light that slice through the composition, creating a sense of movement.
